Sea Devil Products directors have over 28 of experience in the Navigation and Marine Industries specialising in the Manufacture, supply, servicing and consultation service of navigation aids and associated equipment.

We have built a track record in assisting Government departments, local government and Port Authorities as well as the Aquaculture industry both in New Zealand and over seas.

We also offer custom designed products such as modular light houses or installations designed to the client specific needs.

Large format Port entry buoy

Sea Devil Products have a new large format navigation buoy made from Polyethylene Plastic, can be supplied in Port hand or Starboard hand configurations light weight, very strong e.g. (5 times stronger than fibre glass), low maintenance, Foam filled making the buoy virtually unsinkable and requires no painting.

Can be supplied or fitted with top marks and solar powered lights, SIze 2.6 meters diameter x 4 meters focal plane.

Poly beacon

Sea Devil Products manufacture and supply Poly Beacons. These beacons are designed for new installations or to replace existing structures and as such can be supplied with fixing points to suit the clients individual requirements.

The Poly beacon is very strong light weight and easy to install requires virtually no maintenance will not corrode or rot and require no painting.

We manufacture the Poly beacon in ether Polyester / vinyl or optional 316 Stainless steel, both types can be supplied with our Poly top marks. Focal plane and Diameters to suit client's specifications.

Poly Top marks

Poly top marks are made from UV stabilised Polyethylene Plastic come in ether port hand or starboard marks and are designed to replace existing marks or for fitting to our Poly beacons.

Poly top marks come in two parts can be supplied as individual components or as a set.

Standard sizes are Cap and base 1.5 meters high ID 300mm.

Top mark 1.0 meter in diameter and 1.2 high.

Custom adoptions can be made to suit client's requirements.

The Poly Spar buoy & Poly Beacon list of components

The Poly Spar Buoys and beacons are designed to give as many options as possible and are listed as follows:

Standard Buoy/Beacon

Comes in any all over colour that the client may require e.g. ( red, green, yellow, white or black) and are at the Clients choice prior to manufacture.

The Poly Spar Buoy come standard with mooring eye and Top Mark mounting Spigot for fitting top marks and or solar powered lights.

The Poly Beacon comes in a colour as per the Poly Spar Buoy and has a Mounting Spigot for fitting Top Marks and or Solar powered lights.

Mounting flanges vary according to the Clients individual needs.

Optional Extras

We can supply the Poly Spar Buoys/ Beacons in any Navigation Demarcation banding e.g. (yellow over black, black and red banding etc.)

Demarcation branding is chosen by the Client before manufacture. Buoy colours are molded into the plastic for long life, this also allows the option for specialised Graphics.

Radar reflective Top marks

Sea Devil Products also manufacture and supply Powder coated aluminum Cardinal and standard top marks these can be made to suit individual requirements.

We can also supply all of the ground tackle requirements such as chain, shackles mooring blocks and 316 stainless fasteners for our buoys and beacons.

Solar Powered lights

Sea Devil products can supply a wide range of solar powered lights ranges fro 1-25 miles. As well as led lights.

Our Sun beacon range of compact 1,2,3 Nautical mile range lights are very cost effective and come with all the latest technology and suitable for a very wide range of navigation applications.

Our 4-25 mile range lights are designed to suit up grading of existing installations or for new installations where longer range lights are required.
